Great design starts with great questions—a clear why.

As a UX leader, I bring curiosity, clarity, and care to every problem I help solve—anchoring my work in purpose, and helping my teams do the same.

I’m a Strategic UX Leader with 15+ years of experience building high-impact digital products and guiding transformation across complex organizations. I’ve led work at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and human-centered design—aligning team effort with enterprise outcomes, user needs, and long-term growth.

At CVS Health, I lead cross-functional teams across UX, content, and accessibility. Together, we’ve shaped experiences for 74+ million customers—spanning pharmacy, loyalty, membership, and enterprise payments. These initiatives have delivered tangible impact, including $4.3M/year in revenue from strategy-led enhancements.

What sets me apart is how I lead. I prioritize the WHY behind every initiative—ensuring teams are grounded in context, clarity, and purpose. I coach designers to think beyond the screen and connect their work to measurable outcomes. Whether I’m partnering with product leaders or mentoring a new designer, I lead with care, curiosity, and trust in the process.

As our tools and technologies evolve, so does the role of design. I’m actively expanding my expertise in AI-literate design practices, exploring how we balance personalization, speed, and automation with trust, accessibility, and ethics. I’m also passionate about sustainable systems thinking and humanity-centered innovation—asking what it means to lead responsibly in times of change.

Outside of work, I find joy in creative practices that are crafted by hand and rich in intention. I grow food, keep bees, and make nourishing meals for my family. I’m also a practicing calligrapher, specializing in pointed pen work. Whether in the garden, the kitchen, or at the desk with ink and paper, I’m drawn to work that’s tactile, thoughtful, and rooted in care—because I believe how we create matters just as much as what we create.
